SHARD (Women's Self Defense)

I have investigated a lot of women’s self defense classes, always looking for the one that teaches the tools that women need to make good decisions to keep themselves and there family safe. They have all disappointed me except this one. Designed to teach women an awareness of themselves and possible aggressors, and a trick or two to get out of sticky situations.

Safety Net Kids

A child being abducted is a parent's worst nightmare. This is the only youth protection course endorsed by Amber alert.net. A slam dunk on keeping kids safe from strangers, sexual predotors and more.

SNK Bullies

Intro to martial arts
